Turner was great and friendly! they were accommodating with the car and stay. Had a nice conversation with Turner he was knowledgeable about our car. He was part a great experience and stay In your hotel the Alexander. We will be sure to stay here next time we are in Indianapolis.

Had a wonderful stay! Easy check in and check out. Turner out front was very, kind, nice, and genuine. He have a ton of great information to give us about the city which we are new to. Appreciated all his help while we stayed at Alexander for a few days.

I absolutely loved the vibe of the hotel, the service was great from check in to check out. This is a warm, very boutique like facility, and you feel like a real guest of the hotel, not just a number. the location is great, the diversity of restaurants within walking distance really impressed me. I highly recommend it.

This was an amazing hotel. The moment I walked in the fresh clean smell is the first thing I noticed. The only thing negative that I have to say about this hotel is, the hallways and elevator was freezing cold and they didn’t offer pancakes for breakfast. Other than that, great hotel!

Common areas are very nice, staff is great. Room was not very well cleaned, though, and I received a very early knock for housekeeping after a long night of travel. Not cool at all.

I would say there has to be some adjusting to the room details it says “California King” on the rooms and that is not what you get. The representatives seem to have a hard time communicating as well. Waited 15 for valet and the representative asked me if I wanted to put my car in valet since it was an older car. That did not make me feel good at all.

We haven’t stayed here in about 8 years. The lobby and hallways look very nice and high end. Our room, however was pretty worn down. The shower grout was dirty, nicks and scuffs on most of the furniture, the nightlight feature as well as the magnifying vanity mirror were broken and/or falling off the wall. The TV remote also wasn’t working. We were disappointed by the room, but the bed and pillows were comfortable.
