Was extremely looking forward to staying in downtown Indy for the first time. Check in with easy. Staff was awesome. Enjoyed the lounge for drinks before dinner. Unfortunately went to hell after that. Got back into the room about 11 PM when trying to fall asleep, right outside, our window is a huge air conditioning or heater element. Noise was to much to get any sleep. Between the outside noise of the unit fans and the in room unit was impossible to sleep longer than 20 mins at a time. Sorry for the review just wanted to be honest, would contemplate staying here again just not in this part of the building :(..

Very nice hotel with a great location. Unfortunately, valet parking service is $53. There is a parking lot across the street which was $35 for the Colts-Texans event. Also, was going to charge a fee for a pull-out bed to be delivered to the room. I declined. My adult son and I slept in the Queen size bed together.

The water was out overnight when we arrived late. The heat in our room went out twice. The lobby was freezing. No smart tv.it feels like an old hotel. All of the employees were very helpful and kind.

The property was fantastic and clean. Friendly staff and it was close to the football stadium which made the walk in the cold weather quite easy.

Love the old hotel. Our room was showing its age a little bit, but felt clean and comfortable. The staff service was excellent.
