Just a worn down property. Old carpets and walls. Dirty. Kind of sad. Omni should be keeping this up better. Nice old building in downtown Indy. Beds are worn and lumpy. Had to ask few times to replace soaps and towels. Not the best

When we came to check in we were told we would be without water for one of the days of our stay. We asked why we weren't told this and they said they weren't able to contact all of their guests. Frustrating because if you are having construction done, the least you can do is make your guests aware. We booked a week before staying which the staff knew a week prior that water would need to be turned off. We were in town for an important business meeting and it was so embarrassing to not be able to shower beforehand.

Check in was easy & friendly. We were able to also check in an hour early! We were close to everything we needed and the location is super walkable and safe. We enjoyed our stay.

Furniture had holes and stains. Drapes were torn and didn't close. Bathroom sink stopper was rusted and didn't close. All furniture had chipps and scratches. There were dust balls around the legs of furiture.

The hotel appears tired. Renovations in the lobby were good to see; hope the hallways, elevators, and rooms will be updated and freshened, too. I think guests should be advised beforehand if the room is handicap accessible, as the features do not work well if not needed. The room only had one nightstand which was inconvenient. I did appreciate the advance communication and the offer for any special requests in advance. It was nice for the requested pillows to already be in the room upon check in. Although we were advised we’d receive a text when our room was ready (we arrived early and had let the hotel know our time of arrival in advance), we did not receive a text leaving me to reach out for the room status. Checking in and out, luggage storage, and valet were all smooth and easy.

Service is always top notch, beds are the most comfortable I have had in Indy. Sevrin Bar is excellent and Breakfast is too notch. Construction is taking place across the street on a new hotel at the Pam Am plaza, but I did not hear it at night despite constant cement mixers going to site. The lobby and restaurant were being remodeled during my stay but the bar was open and pulling double duty and doing it well.

As other reviews, the lobby was under construction, but this was not particularly disruptive. The room was slightly dated, but clean and extremely comfortable. The selling point for this hotel is its staff and its location. The staff were amazing throughout, and we felt very well served. Proximity to the Fieldhouse and Lucas Oil Stadium was so convenient. As well as many great restaurants. Highly recommend to stay here
