Our room and king bed were comfortable. We stayed 2 nights. Early on the 2nd morning the decaf coffee was cold. They said someone didn't come into work that morning, but the night desk person could have made sure the coffee was ready to go. I don’t think we would stay here again.

Very disappointed. Only One very slow elevator that worked, tv did not work and no one came to fix after we called. Bed was horrible, hotel internet did not work. Came to the BNP Paribas open and the hotel did not carry the tennis channel. Ridiculous!
The only nice thing was the continental breakfast.
