Dear makemytrip team, i hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a recent issue i encountered during my stay at the radisson blu indore, which i booked through your platform. I booked room 503 (for 3 pax) and due to a medical emergency, i arrived at the hotel at 11:48 pm. Upon arrival, i requested something to eat in the dining area as my wife and mother were sleeping in the room, and i didn't want to disturb them by turning on the lights to place an order. At 12:03 am, i spoke with mr. Sagar at the reception about this request. He assured me he would get back to me, but by 12:30 am, i still had not received any update. I observed mr. Sagar speaking with a senior staff member, engaging in a casual conversation for about ten minutes, but he did not provide me with any follow-up. This entire incident can be verified through the reception's cctv footage. I am deeply disappointed with the way this situation was handled. As a frequent user of makemytrip for my travel bookings, i have always had high expectations for the services provided by your partnered hotels. Unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning the level of service provided. Could you please review this matter with the hotel and let me know if such treatment of guests is considered acceptable? i was expecting to have a late dinner at the hotel after a stressful time at bombay hospital, but this experience was quite distressing.
