Radisson Blu Hotel, Indore

Excellent service by Poonam maam. Food is very tasty. Poonam ma'am helped us in serving all the best food from kitchen. The buffet spread is very nice. Ambience is very nice, staff is very courteous. Chaat counter is very wide spread. Highly recommend.

Great hotel, the room was very spacious. and clean. Me and my family would choose it again next time we visit Indore. Great location , great service , friendly staff. Good value for money. Breakfast and dinner was delicious. very comfortable. would definitely recommend .

The hotel staff was very good and I liked their service very much and I will come to this hotel next time also just for the service.

Dear makemytrip team, i hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a recent issue i encountered during my stay at the radisson blu indore, which i booked through your platform. I booked room 503 (for 3 pax) and due to a medical emergency, i arrived at the hotel at 11:48 pm. Upon arrival, i requested something to eat in the dining area as my wife and mother were sleeping in the room, and i didn't want to disturb them by turning on the lights to place an order. At 12:03 am, i spoke with mr. Sagar at the reception about this request. He assured me he would get back to me, but by 12:30 am, i still had not received any update. I observed mr. Sagar speaking with a senior staff member, engaging in a casual conversation for about ten minutes, but he did not provide me with any follow-up. This entire incident can be verified through the reception's cctv footage. I am deeply disappointed with the way this situation was handled. As a frequent user of makemytrip for my travel bookings, i have always had high expectations for the services provided by your partnered hotels. Unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning the level of service provided. Could you please review this matter with the hotel and let me know if such treatment of guests is considered acceptable? i was expecting to have a late dinner at the hotel after a stressful time at bombay hospital, but this experience was quite distressing. Good experience, smooth staff behaviour, amazing swimming pool, however there was a broken pipe in the bathroom. However instantly fixed by the hotel.

Last 5 year i stay in this hotel. But this time i face lot of problem first they not maintain room and bathroom clean and shower are not good. When we complain they told that we are going for renovation. But there service also not good. So renovation not compare with service. Room phone are not working. So this is my last stay in this hotel.

The location, staff and ambience is very good. The room can be improved with the new furniture as the furniture looked old.

Very low maintenance many thing were broken in the room like fridge. Basins kettle etc will not stay again
