It was just ok. The hotel needs renovation & proper maintenance of the room specially the bathroom portion. Floor was slippery, bathroom window had no proper curtain. Cloth hangings not sufficient in bathroom.

Rooms were ready on our arrival. Rooms were neat and clean. People are good but need training to handle particularly the senior citizens. Services are average. Restaurant poor. Location of the hotel is good.

It was good and comfortable will definitely going to consider it again for my next trip. Rooms were clean staff was friendly. Environment was cozy, i like my experience living here. All the amenities were provided as mentioned, room service was available 24/7 location of the hotel was also good as it was the centre of the city food was also good. I really enjoyed my stay here.

In this price category if the hotel not provided the cold water bottle and there is no refrigerator in the room also
