A hotel with not very new rooms, during my stay I was disappointed by the concept of the hotel restaurant, vegetarian food, which is not suitable for everyone! The area is very beautiful, the pool is wonderful, the staff is helpful!

It was a good summer weekend @ Sheraton Indore. Sunday brunch was awesome. Bharat at the front desk was really helpful, he even managed to accept our room change request at the last hour as the direction of the bed was not my usual direction. All 4 starts for the property and the staff. Also a brownie point to the property being a hardcore vegetarian. Yes!! Sheraton Grand, Indore is purely vegetarian. Regards!!

Sheraton grand palace very Satisfied with the Service and food, That's our Second visit with same event this time it was fabulous. Such a wonderful hotel Sorry not just hotel This is "The Grand Palace Hotel" And the staff is very helpful and polite.... Too clean Lovely Ambience And If I say about food It's just need One words "Excellent 👌 👍 👌" Tasty 😋 😋 And SPA and GYM is also good My Kid enjoy a lot This is the perfect place for relaxation I really love this place

Sheraton hotel is a magnificent place to stay. The service staff is very friendly, accommodating and impeccable. The rooms are very spacious, clean and cosy. In addition, there are amenities like wi-fi. The hotel is located at a very beautiful location. The hotel restaurant buffet was very delicious and the pastry chefs had the best baking. Special mention for chef yogesh rawat and anjan. Scrumptious croissants!

I held my 2nd event at Sheraton grand palace indore and trust me the food & service has been exceptional both times. Mr. Aditya and Rajkumar & Raja has truly been very helpful. Aditya took care of all the things that mattered to us. Chef Ganesh was all the way present there to make sure our event flow was smooth... Thanks to Banquet Service Team for there wonderfull service and coordination.

Among few days ago, I have had lunch in scafe, food was definitely delectable but I must say staffs present over there have had a great sense of responsibility specially mr.
