Very nice hospitality offered by Fairfield Marriott Indore, a 4 star Marriott Bonvey property in the heart of the city.

Staff was very help full and accommodative, we extended our check out by 4 hours, they were very helpful & friendly. Good hotel to stay.

First of all i have been charged 1200 extra for an additional bed that was not listed by mm t while booking the rooms. Very slow service from fairfield. Then i was eligible for a 20% discount on the restaurant dine in. When i saw the bill it was not accounted i had to ask them to correct the amount. Horrible check in service.

The team is completely unprepared non cooperative and even lack basic customer service. The hotel ***ager as well as dutta ***ager niladri should not be part of the service industry. They were not able to offer the room even till 7 pm
i do not recommend this hotel to any customer

No one answers the phone calls. I tried all calling them for at least 15 times, no answer. Calling the front- desk using the intercom phone was no better. I had to go down and speak to them, that was faster. The team at the f/desk is not interest in servicing the guests. My worst stay at any marriott property.
