I booked for day stay. The checking was delayed. I had attend urgent meeting which was delayed. For day stay the room should be made available from morning 9 am. If not then what’s the purpose of 6 hours booking.

Worst experience ever with the hotel photos are misleading and incorrect in photos you can see gym, swimming pool etc etc which is not there also staff service is very poor no cleanliness stain were there on bed sheets electric kettle has spots of tea or coffe from inside when asked for replacement they will argue and said that you burnt it. Reception guys are arrogant and rude they don't know how to talk. Facilities are poor wifi don't work. Reception never pickups call they are taking a high charge but cannot provide basic amenities like bath soap and tooth brush that is also paid

The hotel is under renovation, no dining restaurant available, staff shortage due to it staff is not giving revert back or helping. Not upto mark now, better to avoid now this hotel for 6 months atleast.

Its highly rated hotel but there is no backup when electricity goes. Off. There should be some alternative. Customer cant be in dark hot climate
