I do not think it should be a 5 star, barely a 4 star in my experience. The hotel do not posses basic 5 start capabilities, though its clean but very compact.

Very unethical hotel . They will cancel your booking without telling you at the nth hour . This is actually not expected from a brand like this but my experience has been tereible . I had booked the hotel two months the ago . On the day i had to check in because there was a concert near to their location they register to honor their booking as they wanted to sell their rooms at a much much higher rate .

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to major attractions and public transport, yet peaceful and quiet at night. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of fresh options. The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home.
