The room was perfectly cleaned and well-maintained Everything was organised nicely, and the housekeeping team paid great attention to detail The bathroom was spotless, hygienic, and fresh with all Amenities arranged properly. Value of money.Location easy to find. Atmosphere is totally amazing.Overall, a very comfortable and satisfying experience. Great job by the housekeeping staff.

The location was excellent. The food was very good – managers Soham, Dheeraj, and the security guard. Pradeep Sharma was excellent to their service for taking care of the customers need their room were very neat and clean very value for money in all terms. The Property was neat and clean and very good.

ice by Raj I stayed at the Essentia Luxury Hotel in Indore recently, and I want to specially appreciate Raj from the housekeeping team. He was extremely polite, efficient, and professional throughout my stay. The room was always cleaned perfectly, with attention to the smallest details. Towels, amenities, and linens were neatly arranged, and the room felt fresh and well-maintained every single day. Raj also responded quickly whenever I requested anything and made sure I was comfortable. His friendly attitude and commitment to excellent service truly enhanced my hotel experience. Great job, Raj! We recently had a wedding program and stayed at this property. From starting to end during my stay, I received exceptional assistance from Kajal at the reception. She greeted every guest with a heartfull smile and handled all requests with great patience and professionalism. Despite the heavy rush and long working hours of around 9 to 10 hours at handled one wedding group she remained calm, courteous, and attentive throughout. Kajal made sure all our needs were met — from arranging rooms on our preferred floor to ensuring our guests didn’t have to wait for anything. Her dedication and positive attitude truly enhanced our experience.. I sincerely appreciate her hard work and the excellent service provided by the entire reception team. The culinary experience was excellent — the breakfast buffet offered an extensive selection of fresh and well-prepared dishes, catering to a variety of tastes. The property also offers a large swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, and several dining outlets, providing guests with a complete and well-rounded hospitality experience. The staff members were consistently courteous, attentive, and professional, making my stay both pleasant and seamless. A special mention to Ms. Khushi and Tanisha , whose warm interaction and professionalism truly enhanced the overall experience.
