Best Hotels in Ingelheim am Rhein, Germany

The middle of the ”New Center” is this hotel. As we were there, the water damage was not yet remedied. The side entrance with the chairs did it also. The rooms are large enough, clean and in the bathroom there are glasses of glass, no plastic. Donors in the bathroom for the soap are also a good sign, no micropacks. Beds ok, TV large and Wi-Fi went also very well. The river beautiful, a little dark light? Railway station near, as well shops. The city is well what I could see so. The hotel grape is located in an excellent location on the Rhine River in Rüsselsheim However, for disabled people an absolute no go. The service was only good when a certain gentleman was at the reception. Women seemed to be overbearing, yet very launchful. The room service was OK but no longer. The hotel has come very into the years as well as partly the inventory. The beds in our room were a disaster. Matrixes up to go no longer located. The carpet floor is a dirt sleeve, full of spots and cracks. Similarly, the tape in the streams. Just shy. At closer view, it was also poorly cleaned. In the window frames had spinning tissue with small dead wings etc, as well as at the windows in the breakfast room. Just a shit. The windows in the room were certainly not washed for more than 1 year. The rest of the room was searched together. The swimming pool was for business reasons closed On the lower floors many steps and stairs. The breakfast was very good, the service was also OK. This hotel can only be able to make good location and good breakfast points, otherwise more than modest. Maximum a 2-star hotel. We will certainly not stay in this hotel again.

The hotel is well located close to a lot of restaurants, bars, and the city center and most of the attractions in Wiesbaden, the public transportation is amazing, there is a bus stop like 50 meters away from it. As the Hotel per se, is really clean, the room and bathroom were really fresh, the room had a super mini fridge, but is enough for water and drinks; we went there with our 7 and 5 year old kids, and believe me when I say is FAMILY FRIENDLY, the pool was really nice and enjoyable and the sauna as well. No negative comments.

We had googled our way to the fact that the Hilton Mainz has a very good location right down to the Rhine and you can purchase access to the hotel's ”Executive Lounge”. We booked 5 nights and we were ready for a little vacation by the Rhine. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were quickly and efficiently checked in by Mrs. Blanco Flores, who upgraded us to a room with a view of the Rhine. Mrs. Flores made us aware, that the ”Executive Lounge” was unfortunately not that big, but we had to see that with our ”own eyes”. Really good service was provided upon check-in, and our expectations for the stay at the hotel became greater. The room we had been allocated was on the 5th floor with a wonderful view of the Rhine. We had booked a room with breakfast, so we were excited to see, how the breakfast buffet was. But we were very pleasantly surprised there 😊.. There was a reasonably large selection of various breads and hot items, so it was just a matter of getting started with breakfast. The hotel allows you to sit outside and enjoy your breakfast with a view of the Rhine, and watch the people walking and cycling past. We were very lucky with the weather, so breakfast was enjoyed for a little longer time than usual. After breakfast, we went up and see how the ”Executive Lounge” was. But unfortunately we were somewhat disappointed. The ”Executive Lounge” consists of 2 small rooms, where there were 3 tables in each room, and 3 people could sit at each table. When we got outside the time when alcoholic drinks are served, we could see that you could have a cup of coffee or an apollinaris. The snacks on display looked a bit boring, and the fruit wasn't of the best quality either. But cheer up, it could be good in the evening... But when we visited the ”Executive Lounge” in the evening, beer, wine and spirits were on display - but the snacks that were also on display didn't seem particularly inviting - so we didn't take any of them. Summary of our experience of the ”Executive Lounge” is that it is not necessary to purchase access to the ”Executive Lounge”. And we can only encourage hotel management to go on a study trip to Düsseldorf or Dresden, where we have experienced what an ”Executive Lounge” should really be like. In general, the level of service is very high, and the staff a super good service at the hotel 😊... Here we have to highlight in particular: Mrs. Flores from the reception, Heike from the breakfast restaurant and Brittany from Guest Relations. They gave us a really good service during our stay. In summary, we would give the hotel 4 stars out of 5. If the hotel should have had the last star, the ”Executive Lounge” must be upgraded with better rooms. (Could space be created for a small area down in the restaurant area, so that you also have the opportunity to sit outside on the warm summer evenings. We would like to come again at another time to enjoy the good location and super service 😊..

Very centrally located in the city center everything is well accessible. near Kurpark. invites you to walk right away. A good middle class hotel.good friendly reception .very helpful in problems will be fixed immediately. Good breakfast for everyone with something. everything clean and ordened. We had a quiet room. To improve the nice room girls clean mirrors and tapes better.

Stunning place. Excellent staff, cuisine, location and hideaway. Highly recommended if you would like to visit the German Rheingau wine region. Close to the Rhein river overlooking a splendid panorama. Rooms fully equipped with all you need, quite and super interior. Hotel bar, parking in front of the building including E charger in case your needs electricity. Massive shout-out to the staff. We felt every second welcome. Really like a second home 👍👏👏👏

Pro: Basic hotel room. Clean room. Bar in reception. Great breakfast. Bottle of water in room. Good wifi connection. Very central city location. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Taxi rank nearby. Cons: No air con. Windows open only slightly. Room got very hot and unpleasant. Only 1 pillow. Glass partition between bed and room. No privacy when going to the toilet.

Excellent stuff and good breakfast the room is clean and comfortable just I half one comment regarding the TV channels there is no English Channel I hope if the hotel management they manage to add English channels nearby that is a Turkish supermarket and also another big supermarket 2 restaurants very close to the hotel approximately 10 m away Italian and German restaurant Bus station is approximately 200 m away to the city center and main train station

We stayed for a long weekend at the end of November 2021. The hotel is brand new and it shows. Everything was clean and spotless. The hotel is located close to a highway, so super convenient if you are travelling by car. Can't comment on the access to downtown by transport, but the hotel has a huge board at the entrance explaining how to get to downtown Wiesbaden by public transport. We used hotels parking, which was OK priced, but in the aftermath saw that there were plenty of parking spaces nearby so you may want to check before booking parking. The queen room that we stayed in was absolutely fine. Comfy bed and not noisy aircon. Clean bathroom with a shower. Breakfast was ok too. Nothing special, but you don't expect extravaganza in HI express. I have knocked off 1 star for service, as the check-in guy didn't mention my status and also did not give us an option of extra points or a drink in the bar. I just received my bonus points the next day. Otherwise, we had a pretty nice no thrills stay. Would definitely stay again.
