The place was neat and very comfortable, to be honest, way better than expected. staff was very friendly and helpful as well. would totally go back to stay at welcome inn. thank you :)

The rooms were very dirty and had a very bad smell that the front desk attempted to mask with rose scent. The front desk came to our room with the rose scent spray and that made things even worse as the room was unbreathable. Further we found 3 bugs in the bed. The front desk made us take the dead bug to them as evidence before they attempted to resolve the issue. The price was inflated and not worth the amount of stress and discomfort during our stay.
The front desk staff did not know what they were doing and kept taking my passport to reenter data that they already entered.

My stay has been good. I appreciate the upgraded room!.Had to find housekeeping for more toilet paper. The bed is very comfortable. Rudy had to turn fridge on! All in all the stay was Good!!

The bed was not the most comfortable and there were roaches on the floor. It was easy to get to where we needed and parking was good, but not likely to go back.

I spent 3 hours waiting in the lobby because there were issues with the booking. The online vendor (who is one of the top 3…very reputable) tried repeatedly to work it out with the hotel and finally they gave the keys…after THREE HOURS. The rooms leave so much to be desired. Don’t Waite your time, go up the road.
