This motel is in need of a serious update. Furniture and appliances are quite old and run-down.
The A/C in our room (family room #107?) started making horrendously loud noises after running for a few minutes so that we could not keep it running. This was particularly bad since it was quite cold during our stay and the bed did not have a proper duvet, only a very thin and very synthetic day cover on top of the top sheet.
Cleanliness standards could be better as well.
It is okay as a last resort for a night, but otherwise try and find something else.

Everything was nice and clean. My only disappointment was the room had no bath tub. It was a very simple room for an excellent price.

IT IS AN OLDER MOTEL. IT WAS CLEAN AND THE BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE. NO BELLS AND WHISTLES BUT I DIDN'T PAY FOR THE BELLS AND WHISTLES.

Worst vibe ever, sketchy enough to creep out two mature adults, one a nurse, one a construction worker, literally felt like we were on a horror movie set or in a nightmare.

Hôtel très vieillot et pas très propre. Nous avons trouvé un gros cafard mort dans un placard, la piscine n'est pas nettoyée. Nous avons payé plus de 100 euros pour la nuit, c'est une honte pour le prix ! D'autant plus que l'emplacement ne le justifie pas du tout : à titre de comparaison, une nuit un samedi soir dans un hôtel 3 étoiles à Miami Beach nous a coûté moins cher. Bref, à éviter !!!

This was not a motel, people were living there long term. I found a roach dead on the floor of the bathroom, one dead in the tub. A little time later I found a third in the bathroom.
