Lovely man at the front desk - efficient and friendly check-in. Room was spotlessly clean and the aircon had been turned on prior to my arrival to ensure a cool room. a great experience overall. Only thing is, I was in a room close to the road and the trucks/road traffic was quite loud all throughout the night. Expected for a roadside motel though. Just a note to noise sensitive travellers to have earplugs at the ready.

There were ant's in the bed, traffic could be heard, the building is quite old. In saying that the unit was clean and tidy with new air con and TV, the owner was very nice and accommodating.

Rating this 3 star motel with 3 star expectations and no more. As a 3 star motel, the accommodation met our expectations. The gentleman at reception was friendly and helpful. Our family room was large, spacious and had a well appointed kitchen. However, I would like to mention that there was hair on the bedsheet under my pillow. The motel looks a little dated. The garden, driveway and carpark needed some ****ing. If you overlook these things, and just need a bed to tie you over until the morning so you can be on your way to your destination, then this motel will meet your needs.

Older property with a lovely manager. Rooms old but clean and well maintained. Property outside could be tidier but given the recent rain and heat in the area very understandable. Don’t be put off by the exterior appearance. Easy walk to many pubs for decent meals with Maccas directly across the road.

It's an old motel on the main street/highway in Innisfail. But, the rooms are clean and surprisingly quiet considering the location. Walking distance to local hotels and a small mall. Recommended for location and the service of the manager.

Jim was a great host. Before my arrival he turned on the aircon to cool down the room on a hot tropical afternoon. Basic but really clean, easy to access and great nights sleep
