We found it hard to find as it is hidden at a level below the main street behind a taxi rank. It was very dark and unwelcoming. We then found the reception unmanned and we had received no advice as to which was our room and how to access a key. A tenant told us to go to another motel which would arrange access, but when we got there it, too, wqas unmanned, and the telephone number advertised went to voice mail. I would strongly advise not to book at this motel.

I am unable to recommend this motel to anyone. I would highly recommend a number of training sessions in customer service and complaint handling and an improvement to their system.

Check in time is 2:00pm. Not a second before. You need to go to another motel to check in to this motel because there is no one onsite. The motel is very central. It was very clean. The accommodation is basic but fine for the price.

No warning that water was to be turned off. No water for 20 hours. Had to use public toilets. No shower until it came back on.
No staff available most of the time. Don't answer phone when you ring. Door locks automatically so if you accidentally lock yourself out it's hard to get hold of staff.
Only a hot car park to sit outside. Smokers in close proximity on either side of our room.

Tv aerial was unplugged and took me ages to work out what the problem was. Ac was turned off at system not the key. Had to get a chair to turn it on. Apart from that it was fine. Entry needs better signage as well.

We didn't like that you had to go to a different hotel to pick up the keys and check in.
The air conditioner wasn't working and no one answered the phone.
We were unable to contact the staff or Manager as she was trying to run two Motels so was not available.
The good side was that it was clean and tidy but if you wanted to sit outside there was only the carpark and it wasn't very pleasant as smokers and ash trays were outside each room so not easy to get away from the smoke.
