MMariia E.This is a very simple hotel, but there is all you need for a night in Furong. I failed to communicate with the landlord via Wechat before my check-in. The landlady is very friendly and managed to drive me to the railway station so I hadn't to take a taxi. Thank you so much!

GGuest UserHad one night at the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay in this beautiful town. The hotel made the stay even better. Staff were great helped us getting a taxi to the railway station. The room was really nice, lovely balcony overlooking a small waterfall. I highly recommendthe Floral Hotel

AAleksandraMaczThe hotel in Furongzhen was a really pleasant surprise. We received a complimentary upgrade to a room with a balcony, which turned out to be an excellent bonus. The view was absolutely beautiful, and it became even more impressive in the evening. What we will remember the most is the city at night. The lights, the atmosphere of the streets, and the peaceful vibe made everything feel almost magical. Sitting on the balcony and just taking it all in was a highlight of our stay.
The room itself was clean and comfortable, and staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back.

Good location. Lovely breakfast included and can have cooked noodles made. Staff were very helpful. Communicate via WeChat

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is one of the highlights of our trip in Zhangjiajie, we’re glad to have chosen this one for 3 nights :
- location is near the middle gate (Zimugang), far from tourists/tour groups crowds, we were there early April and there was no queue at all, perfect if you have kids
It takes a short 15 minutes walk to reach the gate from the hotel.
Also a short 10-15 minutes Didi ride to Wulinyuan district if you want to eat in the main village, or from the South Gate if you want to start/finish the day with the Golden Whip stream
- owners are very very nice and helpful, they arranged to pick us up from yongding district (around 45 min drive), and helped us book tickets for attractions.
We contacted them through Trip couple of days before we got there and they helped us book the entry to the park (valid for 4 days, we chose the option with unlimited cable car and Bailong elevators rides which they offered at a great price)
- breakfast has decent options, they can also cook fresh noodle soups on the spot upon request
- the best part for us was the hotel nestled among the mountains : view from the room or from the breakfast terrace is exceptional with majestic mountains as your backdrop
- the room itself was also amazing, excellent value for money :

equipped with the Chinese version of Alexa which was great entertainment for the kids,
Very spacious,
The bonus bathtub next to the window to ask in a relaxing bath after a long day of walk
And again the view from our room was incredible !!!
We will definitely come back to this hotel if we come back to Zhangjiajie, can’t recommend enough !!

GGuest UserThey provided a pick-up and drop pff service for free in a big and confortable van. They took us to buy the city pass tickets and then to the hotel, where they upgraded us. The room had a view on the beautiful city lights and river, it was incredible. The staff was helpful and kind. I highly recommend!

GGuest UserThe Furong Old Town Courtyard Inn is by far the most beautiful place we’ve stayed in in China!
We were amazed by the gorgeous wood works of the interior of this mansion. The house is an original Tujia Family home with an atrium and a cozy roof top terrace.
The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the Furong Scenic Area entrance and close to many restaurants, reachable easiest via taxi from the Highspeed train station.
We were warmly welcomed by our host and shown to the most beautiful room. Our stay was amazing, we instantly decided to stay another night (and lucky that it was possible), and we highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel! Very convenient stay as the host speaks English!

First, I want to commend the front desk service – they were all smiles, patient, and thoughtful, which instantly made my family and me feel at ease. The owner was also incredibly kind and even helped us with our luggage, which deserves a big thumbs-up! [Strong emoji] The facilities were all there, including a clean toilet, a wet/dry separation shower, and toiletries. This place is very close to the scenic area, parking is convenient, the environment is beautiful, and transportation is easy. The main downside was that the Furong tickets were a bit pricey [Facepalm emoji], but the performance was great! [Strong emoji]

GGavinThe accommodation is at a great location, staff ensured I was picked up at high-speed railway station too and guided me to purchase Furong Town entry tickets. Currently, construction obscures the view towards the direction of the waterfall (towards the right side), affecting mainly level 2 & 3. (November 2023).
