Hotel was great for a short sightseeing trip. It is located slightly out of the main city hub. If you're walking there, it is slightly uphill but nothing too drastic and accessible by bus. Really appreciated the breakfast each morning and they packed us a take away breakfast pack when we had to do an early checkout before breakfast was normally being served.

Very cosy and calm hotel with friendly service and good breakfast. Location was perfect, close to the city center but in a quiet area. Would come again!

No airflow room was on basement with no fan or any aor flow we coudnt open the window because of it being at road and anybody could come inside. Hotel itself wasnt bed only down point was it was too hot inside with no air or ventilation system.

We have just spent 2 excellent nights at the Tautermann Hotel in Innsbruck, and are perplexed by all the previous negative reviews... We had a large, spacious and bright room (number 24), perfectly equipped, very quiet, bathroom perfect, powerful and super pleasant shower, small table, chairs, glasses for teeth and also for drinking. The breakfast, abundant, hearty and varied, we really liked. The rooms are cleaned every morning, very carefully. The hotel is very well located, 5 minutes walk from the city center, and 25 minutes (always on foot, we travel by train). We can only recommend this establishment, where the welcome was charming. The only downside: the TV was not in front of the bed but in a corner. With the wonders of Innsbruck to contemplate, this was not a great fault....

We stayed in a Family Room- worked well for two parents, two kiddos. Clean, comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Printed out some train tickets for us, gave good tips for navigating the neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!
