As soon as I got out of the train station, I saw the Iris Hotel sign, but there was no sign outside the elevator at the hotel entrance. It was the first time I arrived and I couldn't find a seat in the hotel lobby. It took an hour for someone to answer the door when the train arrived at night.

Although the price is a bit expensive for an express hotel, the hotel is close to Innsbruck Main Station, so it is very convenient to catch the ICE to Munich the next day. The location is good as it is right in front of the central station. The price is also affordable. That's the only advantage. There is no refrigerator in the room, no electric kettle or mug. In other words, there are no usable fixtures. Only cold air comes out of the thermostat (I wanted warm air), and the hair dryer attached to the bathroom is very weak. No matter how well ventilated the room smells musty, and the bathroom smells like a drain. The silicone in the shower booth is full of mold.
