酒店位置相當好，房間也還過得去，單人間就是沒有任何view，倒也安靜。就是空調都是德語不知道怎麼操作，大冬天房間不暖和，空調也不知道怎麼操作制熱。衞生間挺大，幸好衞生間裏還有一個衣暖。床很軟，奧地利都是這樣。

Very impressed with our stay at this hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, great restaurant, superb location right at the centre of the old town.
Would definitely stay here again next time in Innsbruck.

I stayed with my husband just one night as a stop over on our way to Bologna. From the minute we stepped into the hotel until leaving, the staff were very professional and friendly . The lady at the reception was very welcoming, dinning room staff in the evening and the young breakfast staff were attentive. Both our evening meal and breakfast were delicious and plentiful.

Da wir bei einer Trauung im Goldenen Dachl waren, war uns die sehr zentrale Lage sehr wichtig. Wir waren auch mit dem Zimmer sowie den überaus freundlichen Mitarbeitern sehr zufrieden. Die Parkgarage ist leider etwas entfernt, was nicht ganz so gut ist. Zum Ein-und Ausladen gibt es eine Haltemöglichkeit vor dem Haus. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, aber mit 24.-€ doch recht hochpreisig.

Most enjoyable stay, loved the historic hotel and the location couldn’t be beat. The receptionist was very friendly and most accommodating as was all the staff. We would recommend staying at this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Innsbrook.
