Arrived late but the staff were very friendly. Nice room with a beautiful mountain view. Great stay!

It was a great stay at great location, next to Innsbruck airport. Bus station is just outside the airport with direct connectivity to all touristic areas

Very nice stay only a short walk from Innsbruck airport. Excellent food at a reasonable price. Rooms are modern and clean, staff were very friendly throughout our stay. Nice breakfast. The only downside was that we could not get the air conditioning to work and we had to have the windows open over night as the rooms were too hot, it’s noisy as close to the road but would definitely stay again.

Vey good service. The front desk was very helpful and informative. Location a bit out the way but not an issue if you have a car.

All was great. The only thing that was bothering was the light in the bathroom that came through to the bedroom.

The hotel facilities are basic. Drinking water is not provided in the rooms and can only be purchased from vending machines. There is also no kettle in the rooms.

The hotel is near the airport and has its own free parking. The surrounding area is quiet and the environment is great. The front desk staff are very responsible. There is an eight-minute walk to a bus stop that goes directly to the city center, running every half hour.

You can't really go wrong with the Penz West. Although the hotel is somewhat out of the way, it's only a few meters from a bus stop. Use of public transport is free for guests, as is the hotel's own parking lot. The rooms and service are what you'd expect from a four-star hotel, and the breakfast is a real highlight.

It is convenient for customers using the airline because it is located close to the airport. It consists of a basic room and breakfast. When I checked in with two children and tried to collect the city tax for the children, I raised an objection, and (a female employee who seemed older) argued that 'since there are 4 adults entered in the system, the city tax should be collected'. However, the hotel system had 'the ages of the children' written on it. The system entry is not done by the customer, but by the hotel and travel agency (3rd party). I asked the female employee 'who on earth is taking this city tax' (the employee could not answer), and I could not understand why the city tax for two children was being collected, so I could not pay the city tax. I experienced a very, very unpleasant 30-minute argument (the female employee kept interrupting me and was very rude, indicating no, no with her finger). In the end, after that argument, I didn't pay the city tax for the 2 children, but the employee told me to 'be accurate when you make future reservations', which made me extremely angry. You (the hotel) should know better than anyone that the system inputs are done by the hotel or travel agency, not the customer, so I was shocked and dumbfounded that she was taking out her anger and rage on me. The female employee did not even say a single word of apology until the end of this unpleasant experience. The hotel has not shown any regret or apology to this day. I do not expect an apology in the future either. I have absolutely no intention of visiting again, even if it means sleeping on the street.
