It's within walking distance from the train station. It's also very convenient to take the bus. The service is very good. Free luggage storage. The breakfast is very rich and delicious. The room facilities are very new. The room is very big. It's a great experience.

It's very close to the Golden Roof, and overall it's very good. However, the smell in our triple room was particularly strong, and I felt like I was smelling bad after one night.

We had even to the Innsbruck hotel 3 years ago when major works were being carried out at the hotel .After recently going back to the hotel I have found it has become better .Our room was perfect breakfast was perfect and the staff very helpful nothing was to much for them .The bar teams were very good and would always serve bar snacks.The reception team were brilliant.They gave us advice ro the places we might like to visit.I will be recommending to all my friends and family .Summery. Very high quality at an affordable price

A really nice hotel in a great position virtually on the river as well as adjacent to the old town. The staff without exception were charming and super helpful. We had a lovely spacious room with a sofa and also an armchair suspended from the ceiling! Very good breakfast with plenty of variety including a cooked breakfast in the price. Highly recommended.

Alles aber auch wirklich alles sehr liebevoll im Detail perfektioniert. Egal ob Empfang, das Zimmer, die Lage, der Wellnessbereich - mir fällt wirklich nichts ein, wo es nicht gepasst hat. Das ist ab sofort für zukünftige Aufenthalte in Innsbruck meine erste Wahl!

What a beautiful well run hotel! The employees, facilites, parking garage, location and breakfest are OUTSTANDING!! I would DEFINITELY stay there again. They're even going to mail me a piece of clothing I left in the room. Wish we could have stayed longer.

I have environmental dust allergies and have never had a problem at several other hotels around the globe. However, this hotel was visibly dirty with the sheets and bedsheets looking like they’ve never been washed. When I politely asked for my sheets to be changed, I was lied to and said they were changed when they were just folded back. The staff was excessively dismissive and the rooms were cramped with no normal amenities. I got so sick from the dirty room that it ruined my entire trip, never stay here.
