Avoid!! 4 shooting stars! Terrible experience. Incompetent, false and opportunistic staff. Never apologized for a lot of things that didn't happen. At check-in, after a huge ****** for the rooms that didn't correspond to Booking, they informed us that the relaxation area would be open from 4pm to 9pm: too bad that the New Year's Eve dinner started at 6.30pm, and since it was 5pm we would have had to choose. Obviously it couldn't be done the following day. This limitation must be indicated on the site. Radiators turned off in the room despite the 31.12. Arriving in the room and bathroom and having to take a shower in the cold is not 4 stars! I had to turn it on myself! The water flow was poor so the shower was a pain. We communicated since the booking (with phone calls and emails) about a friend of mine's allergy to fish. They reassured us that they would take it into account. What did they bring you as a first course? The fish, in tuna sauce. Without apologizing or bringing a replacement dish, they took the dish away after numerous comments from us. They replaced the second course (salmon tartare) with a green salad... poor! Poorly managed and unprofessional. It's not worth the cost at all! Go elsewhere! The room is saved because it is spacious, new and clean.

Great nice hotel, not too far from Innsbruck, with great service and cleanliness. The room we chose/assigned, unfortunately did not have a good view, because it looked directly onto the wall of the central building. The room itself however was very nice. I found the bathroom solution very beautiful, completely glazed (but screened). The only flaw is that if you need night time, turning on the light also lights up the room like daylight. But it can be remedied by using a cell phone. Unfortunately we couldn't try the SPA: the only day we went there it was closed, even though the opening hours were indicated as open. The staff is very friendly and responds to all requests. The underground parking is also convenient, although it cannot be booked. I believe that if you have a room with a mountain view, the view is fantastic (provided that there is no fog, as during the three-day stay).

Perfect. Good hotel

Everything is perfect here. Large rooms, balcony, big enough bathroom, good mattresses, reasonable price, decent breakfast, free parking garage. Can be recommended without hesitation. The restaurant service was also good. Unfortunately we didn't have the opportunity to visit the spa.

Booked a room for the city tour of Innsbruck. Very good location for that. 10-15 minutes by car to the old town of Innsbruck, but the hotel is in a quiet location. Wide selection of breakfasts. We only booked breakfast and not half board. Nevertheless, we ate a la carte one evening, which was very good. It is a bit unusual that the bathroom is only separated from the room by a glass wall/door. But that wasn't a problem for us.

Im Juni 2021 hatten wir das zweifelhafte Vergnügen in diesem "4-Sterne"-Hotel zu übernachten. Folgende Punkte sind für ein 4-Sterne-Haus aus meiner Sicht absolut nicht tragbar: 1. Rezeption: komplett fehlender Informationsfluss und überaus unaufmerksamer, pampiger, desinteressierter, unzuverlässiger Rezeptionist: hört nicht zu, geht nicht auf Gäste ein, Priorität beim Fernseher (Fussball) oder sonst wo (zB beim Checkin kein Willkommen und keine Hilfe bei der vergeblichen Suche nach dem Zimmer im anderen Gebäude sowie nach einigen Tagen Aufenthalt trotz wiederholtem Kontakt und spärlicher Auslastung zB bei der Bitte um Tischreservierung wiederholt die Frage, ob man Hotelgast sei). 2. Zimmerausstattung der schönsten, grosszügigen Suite mit traumhafter Aussicht & herrlicher, grosszügiger Terrasse, die leider nicht genutzt werden kann: Terrassenstühle & Tisch schäbig, gammelig, wackelig & mit dicker Dreckschicht bedeckt; weder Liegestühle noch Sonnenschutz laden zum Verweilen ein. 3. Wasserkocher auf Wunsch erhältlich - Zubehör (Tasse etc) muss täglich neu erbettelt werden, ‚Queensizebett’ mit einzelnen Matratzen leider sogar ohne Doppel-Topper. 4. Zimmerreinigung: überaus enttäuschend & unprofessionell: nicht mal das Nötigste wird sichergestellt: durchgängig unhygienisch & unsauber, Müll wird nur sporadisch geleert, Verbrauchsmaterial wird nicht überprüft und nur nach mehrfachem Betteln aufgefüllt (Duschmittel, WC-Papier, Kosmetiktücher). 5. Der Umgang von Personal und Management mit den Beschwerden überzeugt nicht und führt kaum zu nachhaltiger Qualitätssteigerung und Gäste-orientiertem Service-Standard. Fazit: Finger weg ! P.S. Da hilft auch kein kostenloser Weisswein, mit am 19.Juni 2021 abgelaufenen Grissini Gebäck !
