Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti all’hotel bona alpina e siamo state benissimo. La spa inclusa è una risorsa nelle giornate fredde e umide. I pasti sono stati di buona qualità. Abbiamo apprezzato l’abbondanza della colazione. Camere accoglienti, personale molto presente e gentilissimo. Sempre disponibili per ogni evenienza, eravamo senza presa tedesca per caricare il telefono e ci hanno subito trovato una soluzione. Consigliato !

Accueil chaleureux, le personnel est très professionnel et chaleureux. Les prestations offertes all inclusives sont vraiment au delà de toutes attentes, un véritable lieu pour les familles et sportifs,idéalement situé pour les excursions. La chambre familiale est bien pratique pour une famille avec deux enfants. Le choix des repas est au top très bonne cuisine, les enfants sont ravis.le pack proposé pour le midi lors de visites en extérieur est vraiment appréciable. Les piscines et le parc offrent un lieu de détente appréciable l’eau est à bonne température. Les chiens sont acceptés ce qui est un grand plus. Un grand merci à tout le personnel qui font de cet hôtel un lieu de vacances fort agréable. Excellent rapport qualité/prix

Love, love, love this place. We stayed in the older part with super large rooms. There were four twin beds in our room and a balcony. The room had vaulted ceiling and modern washroom. The towels were nice and fluffy and the pillows were big and fluffy. Downstairs in the dining room, the meal was awesome with great selection and reasonable prices. There is a small bar which is homey and reasonably priced. Friendly, helpful staff.

Some rooms do not have elevators and the hotel’s staff will not help you To go to the rooms you have to pass thru the restaurant Waiters in the restaurant are arrogant and not helpful They receive many group tours and do not have capacity in their breakfast room

Perfect hotel for the family, friendly and very helpful staff, excellent location for reaching Innsbruck by bus…. A stone's throw from the ski lifts Only the parking needs to be reviewed...but this is negligible New and spacious bathrooms...good food and drinks

Very nice hotel in its common areas, entrance, dining room and spa area. The rooms are clean but old. Price consistent with the somewhat rustic service offered. Convenient location for both skiers and going into town. Few parking spaces, in fact we had to park in a public car park 500 meters away,

Great stay in this beautiful hotel centrally located in Igls... staff very friendly and helpful...easy walking distance to gondola or can jump on J bus right out front to head into Innsbruck... you must pre purchase bus ticket which can be done in small shop opposite via stop... we were half board and breakfast options and evening meal were delicious and plentiful... would definitely stay here again if visiting the Tirol or Innsbruck.

Stayed for the week through Heidi Ski, Nice clean room,overlooking the Church, and nearby to a few cafes and bars. Friendly and helpful staff which made me feel like one of the Family, Where nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent, with good coffee and tea, and plenty of variety of hot and cold food something for everyone. Fabulous Sauna,Steam room, and a 2 person Infrared healing cubicle, and a Indoor pool which leads to outside swimming, Could do with a cold water dispenser. Bus stops outside for the Patschetkofel ski lift which isn’t far away from the hotel. No complaints at all, you won’t get this much for the cost anywhere else, I would gladly stay here again

Great value for money, very good food and staff. The bus takes you to the ski resort or town for free. Swimming pool, sauna what more could you ask for for a 3 star We will definitely come back next year
