Osceola Mill House B&B

Ron and Pat are the consummate hosts! The house is extremely comfortable (played cards last night until midnight). Love hearing the buggies traveling in the morning to wake us up. And bottom line; the food is superb with a pie (yes pie) offering for breakfast!

My wife and I had a wonderful time at the Osceola Mill House Band and Breakfast. To us, it was a perfect combination of being in the heart of Amish Country and having gracious hosts. Ron and Pat have a beautiful home, both inside and outside, and we felt like we were home. We especially enjoyed our conversations with them over a leisurely breakfast. The landscape also did not disappoint. I would take long walks in the early morning, and I really had the chance to appreciate the beauty of the area. We would highly recommend staying here to those folks who are willing to slow down and enjoy being in a special place. Thank you!

Lovely BnB in the heart of Amish Country. The hosts (Ron and Patti) are lovely, fun and great cooks. The neighborhood even has a lovely docile cow whose name is Miracle who welcomes you at the back fence. Bucolic surroundings, lovely people and a great place to stay. We will be back.

One of the best bed and breakfast in the Amish county so far Ron and Pat were the best host with the most wonderful food for breakfast Our fireplace room was very clean with everything we needed The history of the house was a pleasure to read in the formal living coffee room Plenty to read and enjoy the beautiful music that played true out the house Everything was perfect We can’t wait to go back next year

Beautiful, beautiful and beautiful! Love the warm and gracious hosts. Quaint farm style room. The vibe is that of pure peace. Oh and can’t forget the breakfast, it was fantastic! I would recommend this charming B&B to anyone staying in the area who’s looking to get off the beaten path or just looking for peace and quiet.

Pat and Ron Ernst are the most gracious hosts. You feel at home the moment you walk in the door. The “girls” love the memories we have had at their B&B! Love it here! Highly recommend! Even my husband likes it here, and he doesn’t like much! Will definitely be back.

The cutest Cottage ever! Located in the back of The historic Osceola Mill House in Gordonsville, a beautiful location of Lancaster County. Pat & Ron are the best host's, friendly and accommodating. The Cottage itself is good for 4 guests with an adorable upstairs bedroom and bathroom. It's nestled between two Amish farms where cows are your neighbors! One of the best 2 day getaways we've been to.

If you are looking a quiet stay close enough to shops and plays, this is the place for you. Wide floorboard comfortable for bare feet, a wonderful breakfast (we had waffles from scratch and very tasty fruit) delightful conversations (ranging from Aircraft to James Taylor to Rosie the Riveter) not to mention the cats lounging around the outside of the home all added to a relaxing ambiance that was just what we needed after some pretty crazy last few months/years. I went outside of the house with my coffee at 7AM to look at the fields and take a nice breath of fresh air and was greeted by all sorts of birds welcoming me. I then heard the clop clop clop of a buggy coming down the road and the cows in the field; just perfect. Leave your work at home; even a few days will take your blood pressure down and deepen your love of Lancaster County. We have already made another reservation a few weeks away; you should too.
