The hotel's facilities and services are very good! The location is also very convenient! The bus only takes 10 minutes to the Central Station. There are many restaurant options and shopping places nearby. There is a supermarket just one stop away by bus or about 700 meters walk.

O hotel tinha tudo para ser o terceiro melhor de Interlaken: quartos enormes, estrutura muito boa e excelente localização! Porém, nos 3 dias que estivemos hospedados nele não houve limpeza do quarto! Liguei na recepção, e nada foi resolvido. O concierge era muito prestativo, faziam o possível para atender, porém um hotel com preço alto como esse, que se diz resort, não poderia ser tão porco a ponto de não limpar os quartos. As a toalhas também estão carecendo de troca, quase não enxugam de tão finas e gastas. As roupas de cama (edredom) são minúsculos, incapazes de cobrir uma pessoa por inteiro.

We had promised ourselves a special fondue meal whilst visiting Interlaken and so we popped in for lunch sun 10th march , the restaurant only had a few people dining so they were not rushed at all. The pretentious snooty staff were totally uninterested , we ordered fondue which was served with bread and potatoes, we only had a few dips in the fondue and left it ...it tasted like the cheapest alcohol had been stirred into it. We had never eaten fondue before so we had nothing to gauge if this absolutely revolting taste and smell is how this dish should be, so we left it and paid. ( worked out around £70 for fondue , few pieces of bread and a couple of baby potatoes Not cheap, but nothing is in Switzerland) It is definitely a meal we will never forget ...for the wrong reason.

Het was heel plezierig om in resort Interlaken te verblijven. Fijn appartement en zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers zowel achter de balie bij de receptie, als bij het 'ticketservice punt'. het weekprogramma bood ook verschillende activiteiten, zoals trips in de omgeving, maar ook een concert en avondwandeling met een verrassend eindpunt.
