Help staff Recommend good tourist attractions Clean room mattress Cleaned every day, very strong wifi, delicious breakfast. The hotel has water for you to drink before traveling. The room is very spacious. Not far from the interlaken west station. I was very impressed with the reception staff. They were the best and thought that if I had the opportunity to come back and stay here again. The food is really delicious.

The front desk was very nice! Very welcoming! And it's very close to Interlaken West, about a three-minute walk away. The room was also quite big. I booked a twin room with my friend, but I didn't expect to get a couple's room. The decoration was very cute~ But the breakfast was too simple, pure white rice, which was not suitable for Chinese stomachs.

Apart from being expensive, there’s nothing wrong with it! The location is great and there is a small balcony. You can sit on the balcony and have a drink while looking at the Alps. It's very relaxing! It is only a 3-minute walk to Interlaken West Station, which is very convenient overall.

The staff at Crystal Hotel are all very kind. Some of the staff are a little younger, but they speak a little Korean, so I was able to easily explain things to them. The room was in good condition and close to the East Train!
