The staff at the front desk was so very friendly, but for night the heating or hot water running system in the whole building gone down and we were not able to take a bath with cold water during winter so we just didn't take at all.

The room is clean and the view outside the window is beautiful. It's close to Interlaken West Station and there are many restaurants nearby including Coop.
The service staff are very polite and enthusiastic. They also give you 2 transportation tickets when you check in, which is great~

I booked a triple room. The room was clean and large. It was not cramped. It is a 5-minute walk from Interlaken West Station and a 15-minute walk from Interlaken East Station. The surrounding area is very lively. I will stay there next time. Consider this.

The location of the hotel is great, just across the street from the Great Lawn. There are also great restaurants nearby, a large convenience store/supermarket, and it is also very convenient to go to Interlaken West Station. The room is quite big and the service is OK.
