The hotel is close to the station and only 15 minutes away from shops and restaurants. Since it was a celebration trip, we informed the hotel in advance and carefully arranged a large suite facing the snow-capped mountains and celebration snacks.
It's a very traditional European hotel with an old-style key chain. There is no air conditioning in the room, but it's still cool enough if you open the window

The hotel is only a five-minute walk from Interlaken Ost Station, which is very convenient. As a hotel over 150 years old, a large number of furnishings are made of wood, giving it a sense of time. The sanitary conditions are very good, especially the bedding can be smelled clean. We originally booked an ordinary single room, but the front desk helped us make a double room and upgraded it to a balcony room. The room has a small balcony and the view from this location is stunning👍
The most satisfying thing is the service of the staff. Everyone is smiling and offering to help. Especially when checking in, they will introduce us to the hotel in detail and deliver it to the room in person. The young lady at the front desk named Tatiana is great!
All in all, the experience was great! We have decided to stay for a few more days!
