1. Hot and cold water taps are separated at the sink inside the room. How can customers get warm water for hand and face washing in the cold weather?

I stayed in a nice hotel in Switzerland. The location is very convenient. It's just next to the Interlaken West Railway Station. The balcony view is amazing. Basically, you can sit for half a day to enjoy it. The overall service is also very good. You can store your luggage at the front desk
