"The experience is great! The front desk of the hotel was warm and thoughtful in July, and the problems raised could be solved. "The Sofitel Lianyungang was truly a delightful surprise on this trip! Its central location is incredibly convenient, right next to the shopping district, and close to attractions too. The room's high-floor view was absolutely stunning, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering a full cityscape. The bathtub was huge, making for a truly comfortable stay. Breakfast deserves a special mention; the croissants were incredibly authentic, and they also had freshly prepared wontons and a wide variety of other dishes. Enjoying a meal by the window was just delightful. The front desk service was very attentive, handling check-in efficiently and thoughtfully. It really lives up to the French hotel's elegance, and the value for money is genuinely high."

Here comes the point, the service of this hotel is really super good! I have stayed in many hotels, and the super five-star ones are not so enthusiastic, and the people in all positions are very good! The restaurant front desk has souvenirs, the gift is small but the sentiment is heavy!
It is very convenient to go to Huaguoshan, and the drive will arrive in a short time. You still have to go early in the peak season, and it is easy to limit the flow!

В последний вечер в номере сломался кондиционер. Администратор отеля бес проблем переселила нас в другой хороший номер. Обслуживание очень хорошие, всегда спешат на помощь. Завтраки очень свиные,большой выбор блюд. Внизу на первом этаже на ресепшене можно угоститься мандаринами, это тоже очень приятно. Нам всё очень понравилось. "The room is OK, it feels old.
At first I said that the quality of sleep was not good. The front desk was just fine. I changed it to a far from the elevator.
The only thing that is not so good is that this Home Inn is not owned by Huazhu Club. The notification is owned by Home Inn, and there are more than 30 breakfasts per person in the store. Vienna breakfast is only 28 🥲.
Later, I bought a home-like breakfast coupon through the APP. There is a coupon code and it is not available. You must buy a paper breakfast coupon at the front desk or at the front desk."

The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile and ready to assist with anything I needed.
My room was spotless, cozy, with a beautiful river view, and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of both local and international options. It was the perfect way to start each morning.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again on my next trip. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Lianyungang!

LLiem siauw huiactually this is one of my favorite hotels, but this time I feel messed up.. the service at the reception from the first day was very troublesome, and on the last day my bathroom glass cracked, and they just sent a cleaner to look at it and didn't apologize or try to fix it, then I went downstairs and they just said, oh then do you want to change rooms? even though the glass is very big and I think it would be very dangerous if it broke and hit someone around it

EE0021****I went on a trip with my parents during the Qingming Festival and chose the port city of Lianyungang and VOCO. The hotel is located next to the harbour, with a quiet environment and simple and elegant layout, which is very surprising.
Transportation: There is a bus stop right outside the door. There is Bus No. 3 that goes directly to Liandao Scenic Area, and there is Bus No. B1K that goes directly to Lianyungang High-speed Railway Station. It is very convenient. The hotel is also very close to Hai Yi Fang Park, where you can take a walk in the evening or morning to watch the sunrise.
Hygiene: Very clean, reassuring.
Catering: The hotel’s catering is also of very good quality and the ingredients are fresh.
Service: The service is great. They will ask what you need and deliver your luggage to the room. The housekeeper Xiao Ma was very considerate and took the initiative to inform us of nearby attractions, food and transportation strategies. He also took into consideration the elderly and sent us paper copies. I was very satisfied.
