Some answer questions accurately and professionally, while others are perfunctory, even giving incorrect information. Overall, I don't feel the service is five-star. The breakfast is excellent; not only is it abundant, but some dishes change daily, which left a great impression. Also, the gym on the third floor is well-equipped. Although a bit old, it provides a comprehensive and effective workout."

XXinshuiThe location is good, opposite is Wansong Mountain, you can climb the mountain and breathe fresh air after crossing the overpass; next to it is a 24-hour foot massage shop, you can consider foot massage next time; the main road is right outside, and it is convenient to take a taxi. The service is OK, and the response is fast; although the ceiling is not very high, the room area is large enough, and the room is bright and warm. There are two points that affect the grade of the hotel: 1. At night, there were shouting and shouting from the room until 5 am, and no one cared. 2. The bedding looks good, but there is a peculiar smell, and the pillow is a bit hard.

GGuest UserAs a foreigner; this is one of the best hotels I have found in ruian; the hygiene, the facilities and the hospitality is truly remarkable; they have great Chinese breakfast and they also have a laundry for free where you can wash you’re clothes and there are also restaurants just near by if you want to go out and eat; I liked my stay at the hotel very very much.

Xiao Qin at the front desk checked in quickly and politely. The room was clean and tidy. There were rich breakfast varieties. The gym, swimming pool and other facilities were complete.

AAnonymous UserThe accommodation was decent, clean and hygienic...acceptable. There's a direct bus to the station right outside...convenient enough. The Tanghe River in Ruian City is right behind, with boat tours at night, and I happened to catch the dragon boat races during the day. 👍
