Complimentary rental of two ocean kayaks for the guests listed in the booking.The property is located between Hilo town (30 min drive) and the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park (25 min drive), convenient to explore the windward side of the island.Our duplex home consists of three bedroom main house and one bedroom/guest house. Both units are currently being rented out. The units are separated by laundry room and carport - the shared space with other guests. The three-bedroom main house (right side of the duplex house) is bright with lots of natural sun light and breezy trade winds. Each bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with 100% cotton sheets. A full size pull-out sofa in the living room sleeps additional two guests.The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator, electric range, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, and other essentials for cooking. The bathrooms are furnished with clean towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer. Other amenities include Smart TV, washer and dryer.Our water comes from the rain water catchment system, very common for this island. It is filtered by UV light system, but it may not be best for drinking. You may want to bring your own bottled water.The laundry room and carport are common area to be shared with other guests staying in one bedroom guest house. Host is also happy to help organize your activities if needed, just request the help you need.This area of the Big Island also boasts temperatures from 60 F to 80 F so no heat or Ac needed, just alternate between tank tops and sweatshirts.
