In the first place, I was guided to a different room than the one I had booked. As I thought about it, part of the curtains on the second floor had disappeared (on purpose?). When I asked for help, the answer was, ``I'll call you later,'' but the doorbell suddenly rang late at night and said, ``We have no choice but to pin it up as an emergency measure.'' I brought some and a chair. Also, the light in the closet remained on all night, and no matter what I tried, I couldn't turn it off, and the light leaked through the cracks, making it unbearably bright. However, considering what happened earlier, I didn't feel like asking, so I put up with it and went to bed. The trees facing the road used to be well maintained, but this time only some of them were gone, and I couldn't even go out onto the terrace. It's a shame because I was a repeat guest and loved the accommodation. We look forward to returning to our previous wonderful inn.

The customer service, the quietness of the room, and the comfort of the pajamas were all very good. They give me a parasol when I go out, and they pay for my taxi when I arrive. As I stayed for two nights, I had Western food for breakfast the second night, but the bread was not very tasty. Also, the food was delicious, but the dishes were...Also, the private bath on the 2nd floor had to be climbed up some steep stairs, and even though it said you could see Inuyama Castle, it wasn't a big deal, so I didn't think it was necessary. However, I had asked for a taxi to take me to the station on my way home, but they decided to give me a ride. When I was unloading my luggage at the station, it was dropped and the wine I had in my backpack broke. It was white wine, so it didn't stain, but the smell was so strong that I had to throw away the insulated pouch that contained the wine. The hotel did not say anything regarding this matter. Isn't it natural to say something right away? I was disappointed.

行ってみたかったお宿のひとつでした。 犬山スタート時からゴタゴタありイメージ急降下↓↓でも送迎していただきホッとしました。 外観も内装もコンパクトながらモダンシンプル。フロントロビーの雰囲気も素敵でした。 木曽川の眺めは素晴らしい〜 お部屋とお風呂から犬山城が目の前に❗️ 相方が特に気に入っていました。 食事もキレイで美味しくいただきました。 さすがにリニューアルした老舗宿だわ〜と良い気分。 ただひとつ残念だったのは、NG食材がバッチリ登場したところ苦笑。チェックイン時にも確認しててコレなんだ⁉️⁉️そういえば着席のとき何もなかったなあ〜と思い出した次第。 高級旅館でのコレは2度目です。 う〜〜ん、ガッカリ。 食後のワイン等楽しめたし、2階のテラスからの眺めも圧巻だっただけに 貸切風呂は開放感と眺めがとても良かった〜〜 お世話になりましたm(_ _)m

I used it with my family of 3. We stayed in the KISO Premium Suite. It's a maisonette type room, but the 2nd floor is small, so I don't think it's very useful unless there are 3 people. It was a spacious room with a great view facing the Kiso River. The open-air bath in the guest room faces the river and has a great view, so I felt very comfortable and relaxed. The hot spring is a weakly alkaline cold mineral spring that heats and circulates. I was very satisfied with both dinner and breakfast.

The other day, I stayed with my sister on a trip for the first time in a while. Not to mention the beauty of Inuyama Castle and the flowing Kiso River that you can see from your room, the food and heartfelt service are wonderful** I am filled with gratitude for being able to stay here. The private bath was also very comfortable and I felt like I was able to get rid of the fatigue of the past year. Thank you for the staff. I would especially like to thank those who served the food. I would definitely like to visit again when I am fishing for cormorants.
