Big4 Ingenia Holidays Inverloch

This big4 was great, lots to do for the kids! Pool / water park were on the colder side though compared to other holiday parks with heated pools, it could have been warmer as weather was pretty miserable when we stayed so skate park and jumping pillow were closed a lot for safety reasons. We stayed in a 3 bed 2 bath luxury villa which was lovely. Only downfall was the coffee pods left for the machine didn’t even fit the machine! Luckily it’s only a 1 min walk to the local cafe. Would stay again ☺️

The cabin we stayed in seemed quite old and could use some fixing up. Mattresses on bunk very hard. Mattress on double bed however was fine. Everything else was excellent from the staff to the facilities available. Great indoor pool and kids splash zone. Kids also loved the playground and jumping pillow.

P11 ensuite site would be nice to have some sort of path from van concrete or slabs .saves walking in mud.other wise lovely park

We had a great time; amazing facilities, friendly staff, close to shops and beach. There was an awesome range of activities to do even if the weather wad on and off :) Luxury villas was well spaced and had a great kitchen to cook in. Lots of fun for the children and adults to do. Thank you for such an awesome time!

We loved the activities on offer during our stay, particularly as the weather wasn’t suitable for the beach. Our accommodation needed maintenance attention, the staff were accommodating and quick to relocate us to another villa.

The sites are a really good size. Multiple amenities options. The baby/family room had a half size bath, perfect for our toddler. The camp kitchen was nice and spacious. Everything was well looked after and clean. The kids loved the pool and splash zone. We were here during school holidays so it was very busy but they also had a fun, entertaining, kid friendly afternoon/evening that we enjoyed. Staff were friendly and professional. Only real issue was the showers. They are difficult to get into (for a slightly bigger woman) and that’s just to get into the first section through the door and then it’s a small gap to get into the shower itself. The shower heads are awkward and very close to the wall. But other then that we had an enjoyable stay.

We stayed as a family of 4 in LV6 for 6 nights in April. The accommodation was a bit dated and old. There was no heating in the bedrooms and the villa could really do with a dryer! There are fans in the bedrooms and a reverse cycle heater / aircon in the kitchen. The location of the villa was located right next to the basketball court, bike park and the jumping cushion. This makes it extremely noisy from 9am until 9pm (although this is meant to be closed at dusk / 7.30pm). The splash park and pool were well suited for our 4 and 6 year old. The trikes are available to hire for $10 per trike for half an hour and the mini golf is $20 per family. Disappointing that these weren’t included in our accommodation price. The holiday kids club / activities was better suited to slightly older kids, but was good to have there to participate. Great coffee and basic essentials at the coffee shop on the corner! Good walking / bike paths to the beach and into town from the Big 4.
