I made a mistake and booked a B&B, not a hotel. The conditions were average and there was no service. I was self-reliant. I didn’t even know the room. I stayed in the wrong one and changed it back. No one answered the call. I actually replied to the message with a text message. I called you back. Not even willing to give up?

This hotel is so bad that I can't describe it. It's inconvenient to stay, the house looks like a ruin, and I thought it was a ** in the movie when I arrived at night!

No one on site and a keyless entry system. Met at the door with a container on the wall full of cigarette butts and stuffed with papers, rotting wood and general decay. Not an ominous start. Room was big but very tired with dirty marks on the wall and cracks and filler falling out. Paid for breakfast as advertised which we never received and no kitchen or dining area. Shower had somebodies long hairs in it, not ours as we have very short hair. Tried calling but no one would answer. Could not recommend this accommodation.

Website looks okay but it is the worst accommodation I have ever stayed at. No reception (I should say no staff on duty at all during our stay) so you let yourself in using a keypad at the front door. The rooms are at best tired, but really do not look clean. There is no breakfast. Vastly overpriced.

The room was fine but it was badly advertised, mattress did not fit bed base and walls were dirty.No breakfast, kettle did not work and tea and Coffee was not replenished, we had to buy our own coffee as we were staying 3 nights, bathroom was disgusting with mould everywhere. Too far from city centre and nobody on site to discuss the state of the accommodation, is listed as a luxury stay but but property is more suited to being advertised as a Hostel for travellers as there are many wonderful sites in the surrounding area.

Lovely place. Spacious clean room, comfiest mattress ever. Good location, lovely walk around gardens & nearby, would love to visit in summer & sit out in the gardens they are beautiful. Enjoyed an overnight stay but wish it had been longer.

Questo hotel sembra più che altro una casa di campagna abbandonata in declino. Il check-in ha presentato una certa difficoltà perché non c’è una reception o qualcuno presente in loco. Le foto ci avevano colpiti positivamente, ma nella realtà l’hotel dovrebbe essere sottoposto ad una ristrutturazione. Pulizia molto sommaria. Inoltre è piuttosto fuori mano rispetto alla città, che si può raggiungere unicamente in auto. Nelle vicinanze non ci sono negozi e nemmeno un bar dove fare colazione. Non ci tornerei e non lo consiglierei.

In a fantastic location , surrounded by trees, you will find a little heaven to stay ! We booked three rooms , the two were at the upper level and one at the first level. Though there was no elevator we enjoyed our stay , took our breakfast all together , since they had all the facilities for us.
