A very enjoyable stay, the hotel is located off the beaten track but is a great base for nearby attractions: Oświęcim, Energylandia, Wadowice and Kęty. Great staff and very good amenities on site: indoor and outdoor swimming pool, spa, restaurant, cozy large rooms and a tasty breakfast for dessert.

I had an excellent experience here at Molo resort. The restaurant offers homemade and tasty dishes for an affordable price. The resort includes a swimming-pool, a spa, and a jacuzzi. After dinner, you can have some drinks at the bar and play snooker and bowling. The atmosphere is relaxing after a day at Energylandia

4 Strene nicht würdig. Was soll ich da sagen 4 Sterne sind nicht das gleiche wie 4 Sterne in Österreich oder Deutschland. War zum 7 mal dort .Und wieder mal war ein Discoabend angesagt .Party dauerte bis 2 Uhr in der früh .Im Zimmer Im 1 Stock war es so laut das mann mit feiern konnte. Die Zimmer sind schlecht isoliert .Musik ,Schreie alles hört man als wäre man selbst in der Disco .Danach ab 3 Uhr in der früh rannten die betrunkenen Gäste durch die Hotel Gänge .Hab mich auch bei der Rezeption beschwert weil die wissen von den Problem das es so laut auf den Zimmern ist wenn unten ein Discoabend statt findet .Der findet normalerweise Fr ,Sa und So statt .Deswegen übernachten ich dort nie am Wochenende. Aber diesmal mar ich dort am Montag .Sie haben sie entschuldigt aber eine Bekannte INFLUENZA war im Hotel und sie eollte am Montag Party feiern. Da schaut man nicht auf die Gäste die ausschlafen wollen und auch genug dafür bezahlen. Ps .Zimmer auf 4 Sternen nicht würdig .Kalk auf Badezimmer Armaturen . BAD Tür hängt und bleibt am Boden stecken. Wc Sitz locker.Badglas Regale locker . Armatur Einstellung von Temperatur defekt . Bett Nachtlampen defekt .usw. Und das wichtigste sehr sehr laut .Wenn Party im Alter Molo im Hoteldisco stattfindet Wie Ich schon gesagt habe 4 Sterne sind nicht das gleiche wie 4 Sterne in Österreich oder Deutschland.

"Special place for you", those where the exact words when we arrived there, with a 2 months in advance pre-booked parcel (blue zone) and 50% payment. We had arrived quite late and tired and didn't had the chance (and even consider a scam) to check the change of "parcel" that they've made to us due to "a competition on the lake and we are fully" (but "fully" should included us, because WE HAVE PAYED IN ADVANCE AND HAD A RESERVATION). Keep in mind that we have booked and pay 50% (even if on their papers it's says that the parcels shouldn't be pay in advance, they still request to charge in advance), but enough with the words.. here are the photos. It was our first contact with Poland, as you can imagine how we've left the country :) Definitely NOT recommend the staff and services, very unprofessional, rigid and not customer oriented. To prevent any possible fake reply: We didn't had any refunds for the first night when we stayed in that "jungle". They just let us pick a parcel within the main camping following day when we get there with big complains forall of this, still finding excuses that there was a competition. Irreal.

Wszystko niby ok , fajna lokalizacja , dobre jedzenie , dużo przestrzeni , czysto ... ale niestety nie można przyjechać ze swoim czworonożnym przyjacielem . cały świat tak w 80 % ma opcję pobyt ze zwierzakami ale niestety u nas nie.Dlatego ja skreślam ten hotel .
