They cant tell that, in hotel is going to be party... I was sleeping in this hotel one time, and I dont wanna back again.. Party was in thursday (to friday), and it ends about 2 clock in night!!! They told me that, they are going to get music more quiet (about 12 clock), but it still was very noisy in room.

I am positively surprised. Unfortunately, not every 4-star hotel maintains its standard, but this one is definitely not one of them. I definitely recommend it !! Room spacious, smells good every time you enter it. Clean, no damage, no signs of wear or mold (which sometimes happened). Quiet room, you can fall asleep even with the orchestra playing downstairs. Delicious food, filling and always fresh. In addition, a very interesting menu, also vege. The breakfasts are also impeccable. There is a playroom for children in the facility and a playground outside. I do not evaluate the SPA zone because I did not use it. The service was very nice and helpful. Best regards

We went to the hotel for the weekend, mainly with the intention of relaxing in a SPA. On Friday, after checking in, it turned out that the sauna and jacuzzi were not working. We waited for over half an hour for the water in the jacuzzi to warm up, because this is what the service lady said. However, the water was at 24 degrees Celsius all the time. We reported the matter at the reception, the lady offered a 10% discount in the restaurant as compensation (we had breakfast and dinner included in the price of the stay, so the discount could not be used. On Saturday, when I asked if it would be possible to use the SPA today, the receptionist told me to go ask me personally . I was twice, unfortunately, I did not find anyone. So I did not learn anything. Even the cleaning ladies were embarrassed by the situation that they could not call from the reception, only to walk me around the hotel in vain. The manager was supposed to offer some compensation, unfortunately On Sunday, when we checked out, we didn't hear a word from the reception about it. I do not recommend it! Here you feel good. great hotel Furnished great. Extremely clean and tidy - as if it had just opened. Large rooms, air conditioning, very attractive bathroom. Minus: emotionless staff at reception (have you ever smiled today?) and the breakfast is really not 4-star level. The overnight price is very fair. The quaint restaurant could be cozy if not for so much harsh light. The food was great and the service was very nice.
