I arrived 12:00pm and was told my room was not ready, granted I did arrive early. 3+ hours waiting I the lobby I was told that my room was not ready, and they haven't even started working on my room to be cleaned and turned over. A little after 4:00 pm I was told that the room still was not ready and that they were just going to assign me another room. The employee said she would speak to her manager about the wait, and I haven't heard anything about it for the duration of my stay. I still have not receive any acknowledgment for the extreme wait time for my check in. Upon checking out I rang the service bell 5 times only to be greeted by a guy that seemed like I disturbed him from a nap he was taking, saying with an attitude " Is there something I can help you with?". Was extremely dissatisfied at this service provided here during my stay.
