Localização para meu propósito é ótima, recepção agradável, café da manhã formidável, atendimento impecável, apartamento com móveis, piso e decoração bem ultrapassado, precisa de reforma, porém, cama, travesseiros muito confortáveis, chuveiro relaxante!
Bom custo benefício… Costumo hospedar quando estou viajando, quero descansar e pegar estrada dia seguinte.

A capacidade do ar condicionado não é compatível com o tamanho do quarto, pois não gelava e a palheta estava quebrada e direcionava a ventilação para o chão (quarto 515).
O estacionamento é apertado para manobras.

O hotel é bem localizado, os funcionários são super educados e atenciosos, nota 1000 para o atendimento, porém os quartos não são bons, pouco confortável. Piso antigo e fazendo barulho quando pisa, pia do banheiro fora do banheiro, banheiro modelo antigo com aspecto ruim. O hotel tem uma faxada linda, mas por dentro deixa a desejar. Eu não voltaria. O café da manhã é bem simples, porém é gostoso.

Não tenho nada a reclamar do hotel , os atendentes super atenciosos, a limpeza do quarto boa, camas excelentes, café da manhã não é excepcional, mas é muito bom, e o hotel é bem próximo ao centro de Ipatinga.

Nossa estadia foi de apenas uma noite.Apesar de curta nos atendeu.. As luzes acesas do corredor, durante a noite, incomodam muito. Deviam ter sensor de presença e acender apenas na presença de pessoas.
Já hospedamos neste hotel outras vezes. Nos atente bem.
O café da manhã é muito bom.

* O quarto que ficamos tem uma acústica horrível. Não dormi direito à noite, pois os barulhos de carro na rodovia em frente incomodam bastante. * Quarto simples e decoração antiga. * Bom café da manhã. * O hotel é bem localizado. * O ar-condicionado não tem controle remoto. Pra ajustar temperatura, tem que ir até a parede ao lado da porta do quarto.

Otimo hotel, unico porem é o barulho da Usiminas, mesmo com as janelas anti ruidos pouco resolve. Outra coisa são os hospedes que chegam a noite toda, conversam alto, fazem barulho, infelizmente são pessoas sem educação e que acham que estão nas suas casas.
