The stay was good except that the location is next to the highway and we could not sleep well due to the loud traffic noise. Suggest to install noise cancellation windows for all the room. Else the stay will not be pleasant and will affect your business. For your consideration pls.

Pool was unsafe with broken tiles Parking was hard to access Early check-in was appreciated Detailed review: We stayed as a group of 5 adults and 1 toddler for 3 days and 2 nights. The biggest issue was the noise. Our unit (12B) faced the highway, and the sound of traffic was extremely loud, especially at night. It was even worse when mat rempits were racing up and down the road—it was very disturbing and made it hard to sleep. This was not mentioned in the listing or reviews, and it really affected our stay. We asked if we could change to another unit, but they were fully booked. We also requested a refund for one night since we had to move to another hotel, but that was not possible. The host was kind enough to allow early check-in, which we appreciated. The location is easy to reach by car, but the car park is on the third floor and was quite hard to find at first. It’s not very convenient, especially with luggage or young children. The apartment was generally clean, but there were signs of wear and tear on the walls and floor. We also found some dust mites and cleaned them ourselves. The swimming pool had many missing and popped tiles, some with sharp edges, which felt unsafe. It definitely needs better maintenance. Overall, we were disappointed. The noise and pool condition were the main reasons we had to cut our stay short. Hopefully, these issues can be improved for future guests.
