The hotel was good, the matress was very nice, the area was really okay & have arab kiblah to pray but the toilet was clogged (slow flow)

The common and room interior design, decorations and furnishings are artsy. You will be drawn to snap a lot of photos.
It's location is about 15 minutes walk or less than 5 minutes drive to the old town area. There are 2 nearby kopitiams selling delicious local food and good Ipoh white coffee. You can have a good breakfast there to start the day.
Hotel staff were nice and always smiling.

The lobby is nicely decorated with Christmas trees 🌲 and live the ambience. There is only 1 washing machine and dryer so we need to wait for long time. During the stay, we experienced blackout and staff did not bother go around and explain to us. There are eateries beside the hotel and a little far from main area but generally ok. There is gym but air con was not switch on and hot

This is a unique hotel, though the rooms are a bit small. The staff are friendly and the service is excellent. The location is a bit secluded, a little distance from tourist attractions, but since we were taking taxis everywhere anyway, it wasn't a major issue.
However, there are indeed some areas that need improvement. Firstly, the hotel entrance is extremely hidden with no clear signage, making it very hard to find. Secondly, the hallway lighting is too dim, and walking into the room, it's pitch black, requiring you to fumble around to find the key card slot. Lastly, there's no power outlet by the bed, which makes charging phones and watches very inconvenient.

Overall a good experience. It’s located away from the hustle and bustle of the town, which makes it quiet, though it is a bit of a drive to get anywhere. Just be careful at night as the street lighting outside the hotel is quite poor.
