In general the room, hotel and sheets were clean. This is a budget hotel and not persons manning the place physically. All activities for check-in and check out are done remotely. The service was good and the place was new and clean. There are restaurants and shops just below the hotel. Within walking distance more places are available. Good for short stay and amenities are available and self service

The homestay has a modern and pleasant design, but several aspects made the stay less comfortable than expected. Parking is very inconvenient as there is no lift connecting directly from the parking area to the homestay, which made moving our luggage difficult. The host also forgot to provide bath towels, and we only realized it late at night, so immediate assistance wasn’t possible — luckily, we had brought our own.
Another major downside is the noise. There is ongoing construction from 8am to 7pm, making the place very noisy throughout the day.
Overall, while the unit itself looks nice, the convenience and comfort level could be improved significantly.

Cheap and cheerful accommodation.
Narrow parking lot so be careful.
The common area for our room is very nice and has air con too. For this price, think it’s better than 90% of other budget accommodations out there.

Excellent value for money. Strategic location with easy access, walking distance to food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The shared space is clean and well equipped. The room is clean, dust free surfaces, odourless bathroom and sink.
Responsive host via WhatsApp with clear check in instruction. However parking access is not direct to the hotel.
My only complaint is that the bathroom sink is a bit too small hence water easily splashed out.
