Great stay! Clean, cozy, and well-equipped suite that is very comfortable for families. Great service and seamless check-in experience. Would definitely stay here again!

This is by far the best and most comfortable place I’ve stayed in Ipoh! The garden and swimming pool are beautiful, and having Bilabila downstairs is super convenient. Definitely highly recommended! Would love to stay here again. ❤️

Place is easily accessible and is located minutes away from many popular eateries. The facilities are also well maintained. As a gym go-er, I am impressed by how clean the gym is. Equipment is sufficient for daily use. However, the disappointing side of this is the management itself. The door handle in my room was loose, hence I was stuck in the room for more than 30 minutes. Called the hotline twice and nobody picked up. Even contacted their WhatsApp number, and received slow response. In the end, I sorted out the problem by myself.

A pretty good experience. The place is clean and tidy. The geographical location is advantageous. Suitable for a family of three to live in.

The place is conveniently located near the town. We love the mart as we can conveniently grab food & basic necessities there. The sound proofing may be a little annoying for light sleepers. The view is nice from the infinity pool & nice for Instagram photo but avoid weekend as it may be overcrowded (the pool is a bit small).

Overall, I was quite satisfied with this stay. Although I encountered a few minor issues during the process (such as small details during check-in or minor facility problems), the staff handled them relatively proactively, which didn't significantly affect my overall mood. The room design is modern and new, with ample space, and the bedding is very comfortable. The downstairs facilities and convenience store are also very convenient. What's most commendable is that the extra services (such as an extra bed, late check-out, or room upgrade) are very reasonably priced and a great value for money! All in all, the minor flaws don't overshadow the positives, and it's still highly recommended for its price point.

Good location, but quite noisy The location is really good, close to plenty of nice food and attractions, so it’s very convenient to get around. However, the soundproofing is quite poor. The lift can be quite loud, and you can clearly hear people walking and talking outside the room, as well as footsteps from the floor above. The bed was also not very comfortable. Overall, with the price, I’d say it’s still okay and reasonable. But if you’re a light sleeper, I wouldn’t really recommend it as the noise might be quite disturbing.
