I been staying here for 5 trips already and everytime got issue.
Air cond leaking casing my laundry all wet, had to fork out additional cost for cleaning.
TV not getting signal from all channels.
Toilet sink stuck water overflowing.
Bathroom not clean after check in new room, with flies and smell.
Water pipe burst whole day no water supply.
And also a 1 hour late check out fee of RM20.
The issue occurance probability is very high. Expected to do better.

It is my 1st time stay here, i choose queen bed without window. Surprisingly it was clean and comfy. Got iron and iron board. I request prayer mat and they gave me. Got kettle also. But dont have refrigerator. The room include breakfast, and the breakfast nice.The price was reasonable. It cost me rm5 for grab to go to hospital.

The hotel room its quite small.
The reception service Good.
The room no 705 with window got smoke smell.
The Buffet okay .
The roti canai look bad i never touch.
The orange cordial is the worst .
Coffee good.
Nasi lemak okay
Mee , soup good.
Parking good free basement.

Near by town area with free basement parking. Good for business stay over. Room is a but small but ok for an overnight stay. Come with free breakfast buffet which is quite surprise for me.

Location and WiFi is good. I booked a king deluxe room for 2 nights, requested for a quiet room away from lift and no corner room but gave me a room with a ventilator dangling from the bathroom ceiling and the room is just outside the lift when I made my request known after some ding dong they upgrade me to a triple deluxe(there's only 2 of us and I don't need a room for 3 person)which is at the end of the corridor, a corner room. The room is very dusty and bathroom is dirty , mirror and glass window is full of finger prints, bathroom mirror is far away from the hair dryer there are stains on towels and bed comforters when highlighted about stain towels to the reception staff, she didn't even bother to apologise instead she said she can change it for me. The toilet bowl is full of stains
Worst of all the ceiling of the bathroom is leaking dunno what water is dripping from above.I wonder how this hotel was being awarded 3 Star I think it doesn't even deserve a star

The hotel is clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and polite, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant.
I booked a room with breakfast included, and it was definitely worth the price , all the food was tasty and perfect for a light meal before exploring Ipoh.
The air conditioning worked perfectly, I stayed in Room 221, which is located near the housekeeping storage room, so it was a bit noisy during the day when the staff were doing room service. However, the staff were very considerate and even apologized when they saw us heading out for tea . I really appreciated that gesture!
Another bonus there’s a delicious mamak restaurant right next to the hotel, perfect for a late-night meal! 😄

Price is very affordable. The room comes with breakfast for 2 persons. The breakfast spread is very good and quite extensive for the price room.

Stayed here and was satisfied. Basement parking with CCTV and a guard for security. Free breakfast provided. There’s a normal water dispenser and a vending machine at the lobby. Staff are quick and friendly. Location is great — many eateries within walking distance. Overall, clean and nice place for the price.
