The hotel was amazing, a customer service was at the top level explaining things, Even give me a courtesy late check out at 1pm. Seriously the best hotel I stayed in a couple of year. Kudos to front desk staffs for their ways to go beyond further.

Stayed at this hotel for the Ipoh HM 2025. It’s within walking distance to MBI (the starting point). The room was clean, breakfast was good, and overall, it’s worth the price you pay.

If customers don’t mind cleanliness and comfort, this hotel is worth staying as the price paid is inclusive of breakfast. If you are one looking for a good night sleep and clean room then this is not what you would get from this hotel.
