The staff were friendly and the service was good. I also appreciate that the hotel provides free parking, which was very convenient. However, the room amenities were quite old and didn’t feel very clean. There was a strange smell in both the corridor and the room. The blanket was also too small for a king-size bed, which made the stay a bit uncomfortable. Overall, some updates and improvements would really help enhance the guest experience.

The location was absolutely amazing. It's close to anywhere. No matter if you'd like to go shopping Ipoh parade or local natural views. This hotel is a brilliant idea to book. The front desk was nice always smiling at service. Definitely will come back here again. We have so much fun in Ipoh. Choosing the right hotel is the key of the trip. Loved it.

The location is always great as it is all on thebwalking distance to the food paradise .
1. Yong Suan is famous for its "Nasi *****" is just less than 1 km away.
2. Woong Kee os famous for the Mountain Water Tofu Fa n Tafu Sui is almost the same distance.
For me its is clean cos the room is made for express cleaning.
The aircon is cool enough...
