All good! There is no air conditioning in the room, and there are problems with the design and ventilation of the bathroom. The room is large, there is a free parking lot, and there are major supermarkets, restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

Was a lovely experience to stay in Ipswich, staff was lovely at holiday inn and was a lovely atmosphere and environment for me and my children for our weekend away so thank you so much for the lovely experience 😊

Booked this as needed to be able to go to a workshop and too far to drive. Arrived easily, parking was easy. The check in was very smooth, and I had arrived in time to order food. The food was freshly cooked, staff service was a little slow but the bar was initially quiet.
The room was clean and nicely furnished, very comfortable. I had paid for breakfast, there was the usual array of pastries, cereals and fruit. Unfortunately the cooked breakfast was not as good, food was left standing for too long, the scrambled eggs had seen better days, I avoided the cooked breakfast the next day. With the breakfast area being quiet, maybe less wasteful and more appetising would be to consider fresh cooking to order.
Everything else was excellent the staff were friendly and helpful

A fantastic hotel. The room was spotless and clean and the staff were very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend to anyone and would be happy to stay again. I can't fault at all.

Proper hotel with a decent lobby area containing easy chairs. Could not hear the traffic from the nearby A14 which was a nice surprise. The room was a very good size and well equipped with a huge (and comfy) bed, and a generous desk, only quibble being no easy chair (desk chair was top quality though!!). Not everyone wants to sit on the bed to read. Car park bays are shown by different coloured bricks, (no white paint at all) so are invisible in the dark and/or rain, might be an issue when the car park is full.
There was a mix up about breakfast but we'll never know if that was a glitch in *******'s systems or the Hotel's. Staff were super helpful.
Anyway - would definitely go again
