In a great location near town center but the heater will automatically turn off during day time and it even broke down often during our stay.

Very good location ideal for overnight stay. Location is perfect to go around town center eat drink and etc..not far from train station also. So definitely recommend for overnight stay.

Smallest twin hotel room I’ve ever stayed in and no tea making facilities, table or chairs. Very basic but it was somewhere to get our head down for the night and at only £21 each for the night it was good value

This hotel is very basic, for very basic needs. There was a room with a bed, but no desk or chair. There was a TV, which was stuck on BBC Three. There was a shower, and one small hand towel. There was no window, giving the feeling of being in a cell. It was fine for the one night I was there, but I would not stay longer.

The dirty towels and broken heater made our experience worse than expected. Yes, it is a budget hotel and lower expectations, but the cold room and dirty towels are all negative.

The single room was average, window single glazed and massive, no view apart from metal pipes whic h were noisy at times, I have a disability and get cold easily but I was so cold I asked reception to put the heating on to the max but this was unsuccessful, they gave me a second quilt but I was freezing cold all night. TV initially didn't work but was resolved after asking at reception who were very nice. If you like privacy for toilets/ showers this is not for you as there was just all clear glass doors. The shower didn't work.

Friendly welcome as always. Nice clean compact room. We only needed a comfortable bed and a warm shower so it was perfect. Thank you x

Really great location and does just what is says on the tin! Room a little small, but very clean as was the en suite and really competatively priced, I will stay here again, However if you are looking for 5star luxury this probably isn't for you, but this really is great value for money, Parking at IPI3BX was very close

Room was clean but had no table. No carpet. Was very cold. Bed size was too small for two people.

The room and bathroom were very clean and noise-free am very happy with my stay in this hotel and I will recommend it to a Friends thanks

Easy to book & good for business! Great location too in Ipswich!

No one lead me to my hotel room. It took me 5 minutes to spot my room. The heater wasn’t working or maybe I didn’t just know how to use it. The receptionist for check in wasn’t at the reception so I waited 10-12 minutes to check in.

Straightforward check-in (note! ID needed) for two nights. Comfortable and clean, but basic (no onsite parking, but pay parking nearby). Near to university/college, and lots of shops.

Service is good. No need to think again to book this hotel for my next stay.
