Great price for a great place. Our room was spotless. The reception is at the restaurant, so be sure to get what you want before they close at 11pm.

My daughter and I had a really lovely greeting as we went to get our carvery from Ryan . He was very chatty with us and made sure everything was available for our meal. The other staff were all friendly too. Will definitely come back again as we have many times

Accommodation fine. Charged extra for gluten free bread at breakfast. Last night pedigree was cloudy and they ran out. How can a marstons run out of their flagship brew? Breakfast this morning lots of shouting from the kitchen which was irritating. Yesterday tried to pay cash for breakfasts but they had no change. Overall its good just needs these issues addressing BTW the staff last night were good in siting up away from the karaoke. That's my moaning over hopefully construvtive

A Clean hotel and the bed was comfy Pub next door and ample parking Location wise, spot on and perfect for the football, walkable to the ground. Booking in, is done at the bar/restaurant. Only minus was, the traffic noise for the rooms location at the front

Was ok nice room comfy bed but had issues in the restaurant were an order never came as the ticket didn’t go threw to the kitchen , asked for a quiet room before arriving but didn’t get it , no breakfast as were too full …

Excellent service and quality could not have been a better stay for two nights A manda was superb at looking after us would definitely go back there next time we visit Ipswich as the Mermaid was perfect for us where it is situated no complaints whatsoever Lord Edwards and his crew 😀
